New type DZH biomass-fired steam boiler is a single drum longitudinal water and fire tube shell steam boiler, with a moving grate as its burning equipment. Both sides of the water tube wall around the furnace are radiation surfaces, while the two wings of the furnace and the thread smoke tubes inside the drum are convective heating surfaces. The furnace wall adopts a new integral trumpet-shaped ramming process with heat-resistant materials, and the boiler host is equipped with a solid guard board shell.
The boiler body features an overhead drum structure, with bilaterally symmetrical water wall tubes and headers; the drum is made of barrel and surrounding tube plate assembly welding. A spark baffle in the furnace enhances combustion efficiency. This series adopts the latest scientific research achievements such as header backwater ejection, arched tube plate and thread smoke tube, solving common problems of shell-type boilers including tube plate cracks, water wall tube bursts, low efficiency, insufficient power and poor biomass fuel adaptability.
This product uses a rapid combustion chamber, burning with wood chips, wood block, wood batten, bark, bamboo filament, clothing and bags enterprise waste, agricultural broken straw, etc.
